Irmgard Leibl 3. Niederbayerische Meisterin im Halbmarathon

Bei sonnigem Wetter, dass es laut Einheimischen erst einmal bei diesem Wettbewerb in Deggendorf gab, nämlich 2012, gingen die Läufer auf die Strecke. Für die Teilnehmer des Halbmarathons ging es von der elypso Badewelt aus an den Start. Einzig der böige Gegenwind aus Osten machte bessere Zeiten zunichte.

Besonders erfolgreich verlief der Tag für Irmgard Leibl. Sie wurde mit 1:37:21 Dritte in der Gesamtwertung der Frauen und Erste in ihrer Alterklasse W55.

Der andere Starter des TV, Hubert Wittmann, erwischte auch einen guten Tag. Seine Zeit 1:32:39 reichte für einen siebten Rang in seiner Alterklasse M45.
