Wolnzach: Abschluss- Lauf 10 – 2019 Trainingsfleiß zahlt sich aus.

3 600 Läufer waren bei bestem Laufwetter und einer tollen Stimmung am Start in Wolnzach, darunter auch Teilnehmer des Lauf 10, TV Geiselhöring

Lauf 10 ist ein Gemeinschaftsprojekt der BR-Abendschau und der Technischen Universität
München. In 10 Wochen trainierten die Teilnehmer nach Trainingsplänen der „TU M“ für
einen 10km Lauf. Man traf sich zur Vorbereitung dafür dreimal die Woche zum Lauftraining.

Hunderte Besucher sorgten im Start- und Zielbereich für ein grandioses Event und eine
einzigartige Atmosphäre. Die Freude an gesunder Bewegung stand im Vordergrund – und
auch der sportliche Ehrgeiz kam bei vielen nicht zu kurz.
Alle war aufgeregt. Im Ziel hörte man schließlich, dass es anstrengend, aber auch schön war.
