Wallfahrtslauf zum Dreifaltigkeitsberg

Die Leichtathletik Abteilung des TV Geiselhöringer hat auch diese Jahr wieder einen Wallfahrtslauf zum Dreifaltigkeitsberg in der Gemarkung Rimbach der Gemeinde Mosthenning durchgeführt.

Da der Lauf in einer Gruppe war und ohne Zeitdruck durchgeführt wurde, konnten die laufenden Wallfahrenden die 23 Kilometer von Geiselhöring zum Dreifaltigkeitsberg zusammen bleiben.

Gerastet wurde zweimal, so konnten sich die Läuferinnen und Läufer bei einem kleinen Imbiss stärken. Verantwortlich für diese Verpflegung zeigte sich der Trainer des TV, Robert Straßer, der mit einem Auto voraus fuhr. Hier war von dem, wegen der kalten Temperaturen dringend nötigen warmen Tee, über selbstgemachten Kuchen alles vorhanden.

Das andere Begleitfahrzeug, gesteuert von Jürgen Köbel, war eigentlich dafür gedacht ermüdete Läufer aufzunehmen, wurde aber dieses Jahr nicht benötigt.

In der Kirche zur Heiligsten Dreifaltigkeit wurde zum Abschluss noch ein Gebet gesprochen um dann bei einem gemütlichen Mittagessen im nahen Gashof den Tag ausklingen zu lassen.
