Kinderstadtmeisterschaft in Geiselhöring

Am 17.05.2024 fand die diesjährige Kinderstadtmeisterschaft, organisiert und geleitet von der Leichtathletikabteilung des TV Geiselhöring, auf der Sportanlage Geiselhöring statt. Trotz der regnerischen und kühlen Wetterlage zeigten die ca. 60 Teilnehmer und Teilnehmerinnen großes Durchhaltevermögen und besonderen Ehrgeiz.

Dabei mussten die jungen Athleten ihre Fähigkeiten im Sprint, 800m – Lauf, Weitwurf und Weitsprung unter Beweis stellen. Die ersten drei Plätze jedes Jahrgangs (2011 – 2019) wurden bei der Siegerehrung anschließend besonders geehrt, was den Kindern eine zusätzliche Motivation bot, ihr Bestes zu geben. Die Veranstaltung zeigte nicht nur den sportlichen Ehrgeiz der Teilnehmer, sondern auch den Teamgeist und die Fairness, die unter den Kindern herrschten. Denn trotz des regnerischen Wetters, strahlten die Gesichter der Kinder vor Stolz und Freude über ihre Leistungen.

Die Kinder- und Jugendtrainerinnen der Leichtathletikabteilung laden zudem herzlich zu einem Schnuppertraining zu folgenden Zeiten (während der Schulzeit) am Sportplatz Geiselhöring ein:

  • Jeden Montag von 18:15 Uhr – 19:30 Uhr (Jahrgang 2015 und älter)

  • Jeden Freitag von 17:00 Uhr – 18:30 Uhr (ab dem Jahrgang 2018)
