Lauf 10 startet wieder

Auch 2017 gilt die Devise: Bayern bewegt sich! Von Null auf zehn Kilometer: LAUF10 macht Sportmuffel innerhalb von zehn Wochen fit für einen Zehnkilometerlauf. Die Aktion LAUF10 feiert in diesem Jahr ihr zehnjähriges Jubiläum – bereits zum fünften Mal beteiligt dabei, der TV 1862 Geiselhöring. Wer sich schlapp fühlt und seine müden Knochen wieder einmal richtig in Schwung bringen will, für den bietet die Aktion LAUF10 die beste Gelegenheit, gute Vorsätze in die Tat umzusetzen. Vom 17.April bis 30.Juni 2017 trainieren die geschulten LAUF10 Trainer alle Interessierten nach ausgearbeiteten Trainingsplänen der Technischen Universität München. Ziel ist nach zehn Wochen eine Strecke von 10 km ohne feste Zeitvorgabe gemeinsam absolvieren zu können.

Alle Interessierten sind herzlich zur Anmeldung, Einweisung und ersten Trainingseinheit am Montag, 17.04.2017 um 18.30h am Parkplatz beim Fußballplatz eingeladen. Eine Mitgliedschaft im Verein ist dazu nicht nötig.
