TVG Lauftagebuch aktualisiert!

Liebe aktive Läufer und Freizeitläufer des TVG,

letzte Woche habe ich eine neue Version des TVG – Lauftagebuches installiert. Das TVG-Lauftagebuch basiert auf RUNALYZE.

Die meisten von euch laufen mit einer Laufuhr oder mit Smart-Phone und Lauf-App und zeichnen diverse Daten, wie gelaufene Strecke, Zeit, Geschwindigkeit und Herzfrequenz auf. Diese Daten können in das Lauftagebuch hochgeladen und ausgewertet werden. Damit habt Ihr die Möglichkeit und könnt eure eigene Lauf-/Trainingshistorie nachvollziehen und teureren Trainingserfolg dokumentieren ohne dass diese sehr persönlichen Daten bei irgendeiner Firma in der Cloud landen und Ihr keinen Einfluss darauf habt was damit passiert.

Es gibt einige Änderungen und Neuerungen über die ich euch informieren möchte.

  • Die Anlage eines Accounts ist nun ohne Bestätigungsmail möglich, ein neu erstellter Account kann sofort benutzt werden.
  • Box-Plots zur Auswertung verschiedenster Parameter

  • Vereinfachtes teilen von Aktivitäten
  • Analyse der Rundenzeiten einer Aktivität
  • Analyse der Pacezonen
  • Analyse der Herzfrequenzzonen
  • Automatische Ermittlung und Speicherung von Wetterdaten

und vieles Weiteres.

Wie geht es dann weiter?

  • Diese Geräte werden unterstützt.
  • Welche Daten kann ich erfassen und welche Analysen sind möglich.
  • Ich habe mich angemeldet, was bedeuten die einzelnen Abschnitte die ich dann sehe.
  • Wie kann ich Daten importieren / hochladen.
  • Was bedeutet die Metrik VO2max / HRV / Höhenmeter und wie werden diese berechnet
  • Trainings und Läufe die Du erfasst bzw. importiertst können nur von Dir eingesehen werden. Ausser Du gibts einzelne Läufe, z.B. einen Wettkampf frei.
