Unsere LAUF10! Trainer sind fit für die neue LAUF10! Runde und freuen sich auf alle Teilnehmer.

Am 25.03.2017 waren unsere Trainer in München am Klinikum rechts der Isar

Dazu gehören nicht nur aktualisierte Trainingspläne und Tipps zum Lauftraining sondern auch zur Ernährung von Sternekoch Christian Henze.

Alle interessierten sind herzlich zur Anmeldung, Einweisung und der ersten Trainingseinheit am Montag, 17.04.2017 um 18:30 Uhr am Parkplatz des Sportgeländes eingeladen. Eine Vereinsmitgliedschaft ist dazu nicht notwendig.
