TVG beim Rainer Volkslauf

Am 11. Rainer Volkslauf am Wochenende haben Insgesamt 1038 große und kleine Sportler teilgenommen. Kräftig angefeuert von den Zuschauern, Freunde, Eltern und Großeltern. Entlang der Wegstrecke. Bei den Kinderläufen über 1 und 2 Km waren 511 Kinder unterwegs. Stellvertreter Landrat Franz-Xaver Stiersdorfer aus Geiselhöring (gab die Startschüsse für die Hauptläufe) war bei der Kindersiegerehrung sehr zufrieden als bekannt gegeben wurde, dass mit der Grund- und Mittelschule Rain, Leibelfing, Bogen auch Geiselhöringer Schüler sehr stark vertreten waren.

Sieger des Zehn-Kilometer-Karmeliten-Hauptlaufes wurden Sebastian Schnurrenberger bei den Herren und Julia Stern bei den Damen. Es waren auch viele TV Geiselhöringer am Start, die hervorragende Plätze erreichten.
