Mehr Lebensfreude für Jung und Alt, die Aktion LAUF10 2019 startet wieder!

Auch 2019 gilt die Devise: Bayern bewegt sich wieder! Von Null auf zehn Kilometer: LAUF10 macht Sportmuffel innerhalb von zehn Wochen fit für einen Zehnkilometerlauf. Wir, der TV Geiselhöring, sind bereits zum siebten Mal erfolgreich mit dabei. Wer sich schlapp fühlt und seine müden Knochen wieder einmal richtig in Schwung bringen will, für den bietet die Aktion LAUF10 des BR die beste Gelegenheit, gute Vorsätze in die Tat umzusetzen. Vom 29.April bis 12.Juli 2019 trainieren wir gemeinsam dreimal in der Woche nach ausgearbeiteten Trainingsplänen von Herrn  Prof. Dr.Martin Halle der TU München. Ziel ist, nach zehn Wochen eine Strecke von 10 km ohne Zeitvorgabe gemeinsam laufen oder flott gehen zu können.

Alle Interessierten sind herzlich zur Anmeldung, Einweisung und ersten Trainingseinheit am Montag, 29.04.2019 um 18.30 Uhr am Parkplatz beim Fußballplatz eingeladen. Eine Mitgliedschaft im Verein ist nicht notwendig. Wir, die erfolgreichen Lauf10 Trainer/Innen vom TV Geiselhöring freuen uns auf ihr kommen.
